All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase.

Standard Shipping (Free): 8–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 2–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages
